We’re seeking skilled, outgoing chat operators to support U.S.-based gay content creators on a popular social media platform. In this role, you’ll engage with fans in real-time, helping foster relationships and build excitement around exclusive content. Chat interactions are aimed at keeping fans connected and driving sales through personalized engagement, which means turning casual interactions into a rewarding experience for fans—and a boost in tips and engagement for you!

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Remote Chat Operator
• Location: Remote (International applicants encouraged)
• Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), with flexible scheduling and overtime available
• Compensation: $7 per hour + commission program

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Rate: $7 per hour for a 40-hour work week, with optional overtime.
• Commission on Chat Tips: Earn a commission on tips received during chat interactions. Chat tips are fan contributions, often based on engagement, content recommendations, and sales. As a Chat Operator, you’ll engage fans with a sales-minded approach, encouraging tips and exclusive offers that elevate the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and respond to fan messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain each creator's unique voice, communicating in a way that reflects their personality.
• Use sales-focused conversations to drive engagement and offer exclusive content, helping fans feel part of the creator’s community.
• Monitor fan conversations, adapt strategies based on responses, and continuously foster fan interest.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality for both creators and fans.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, and comfortable working in an inclusive space.
• Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or sales is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection for seamless real-time communication.
