As a fresh graduate of Economics, I could able to work in different fields related in business section but since I have just recently earned my bachelor's degree, unfortunately, I do not have any work-related experience for any kinds of specializations. My experienced as a DESO Technical Support Staff served as my proof where I was able to offer a strong and effective technical assistance in assessing, identifying and resolving malfunctions promptly on the VCM during FTS and Election day while maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times. Aside from these, I was able to prove my ability to report the activities of Election Officials to assigned offices, ensuring smooth operation and accurate results. Thus, I can say that I am an effective communicator with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
