My work experiences as customer support, sales coordinator, corporate secretary and administrative staff definitely help me to perform well on the tasks that will be assigned to me especially on email management and setting appointment using MS Teams, Zoom or Google calendar.
I used to manage the email of our company, every day I received inquiries thru email, phone call and chat which also help me to develop more of my communication skills. Clerical job or file management is also one of the tasks that I really enjoy.
They see me as well-organized person and work systematically using Microsoft 365 such as word, spreadsheet and presentation. I also manage our subscriptions for Google Suite like adding and deleting new users, changing password, and payments. I also know how to use QuickBooks.
