- Answer emails, Shopify live chat and WhatsApp related to order modification, order fulfillment, product enquiries, promo codes, accumulated points, updating customer details on the Shopify store in a courteous and compassionate manner - Process order fulfillment and ensure timely shipping and delivery of products. Stock monitoring of products and inventory management - Tracking inbound shipments monitoring referencing to Trello - Monitor low stocks using Slack and referring to Trello to monitor similar suppliers - Retail and wholesale Shopify store management – track invoices from wholesalers and customers in Stock & Buy with complete accuracy with inventory and order fulfillment - Notify warehouse of new products to be released and create new SKU's to be posted on the website. - Add/edit images on the Shopify store to reflect updated product images from suppliers and manufacturers - Accept customer bank payments thru Xero and logging in their Shopify accounts - Log to Xero all Bills to pay to reconcile with payments made via client credit card
