Receive and administer examinations for applicants. Conduct initial, final, or campaign interviews for applicants. Submit the applicant’s data, examination results, and CV to the Head of Human Resources for final assessment, scheduling, orientation, campaign designation, and training.
• Update daily and weekly performance reports to keep track of the individual performance of direct reports. • Focus on improving sales strategies and tactics by analyzing data. • Prepare data-driven reports and make recommendations to improve overall performance. • Give feedback and assist in making action plans for the agents based on call handling and sales. • Refer to the immediate head for all matters that require important decisions. • Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
